Jermaine has been a real estate investor since 2005 with a portfolio that includes both large multi-family and single-family assets. He is currently a general partner in 134 units in Texas and owns a 6 unit commercial property and single family properties in Maryland and Southern California. Jermaine has gone ‘Full Cycle’ on 4 multifamily properties and one single family properties from 2011 through 2020.
Jermaine is a licensed electrical engineer, and a Program Manager for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
As a former HVAC contractor and business owner, Jermaine adds technical capability to assets within his portfolio.
With a bachelor’s in computer science, Callie Howard is a professional DevOps Consultant. She specializes in platform engineering with a Fortune 500 company. Additionally, she has extensive volunteer experience in project management with a focus on organization & communication in a fast-paced environment.
Under Miles and Main Property Management Callie is the Assessment Manager that maintains client and investor relationships.
